These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Chapple Property Services Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England & Wales (registered office: 7-8 Crescent Stables, 139 Upper Richmond Road, London, SW15 2TN), governing your use of the What's On app for iPhone and Mac (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your use is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to apps distributed via the App Store. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, the provisions more protective of you apply.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet these requirements.
What's On reads your connected mailboxes and maintains a prioritised task board — surfacing what may need your attention, drafting suggested replies, and keeping a per-project memory. It is a productivity aid, not a system of record.
The AI runs in your own Anthropic environment, so each plan has a prerequisite you obtain and pay for directly from Anthropic — these costs are separate from your What's On subscription and are not paid to us:
You are responsible for complying with Anthropic's terms and for all charges Anthropic bills you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, Anthropic's pricing, availability, routine limits, or data practices, which may change.
What's On is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, sold through the App Store and managed by Apple:

The Service connects to and depends on third parties including Anthropic (Claude / API), Apple, Google (Gmail) and Microsoft (Microsoft 365). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. What's On is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, changes or acts.
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or to process data you have no right to access; attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload or breach the security of the Service or our relay; resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission; or use it to violate the terms of Anthropic, Apple, Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for the mailboxes you connect and for keeping your dashboard restore code secure.
The Service, including its software, design, the “What's On” name and neon wordmark, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Chapple Property Services Ltd and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own purposes under these Terms. Your content remains yours — your emails, task board and memory belong to you; we claim no ownership over them and use them only to provide the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the AI's triage, prioritisation, deadlines or drafted replies are accurate or complete. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or missed deadlines or opportunities, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or £50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your licence ends; your stored data is retained and then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy (§7), and you may request immediate deletion.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version with a new date and, for material changes, notify you in-app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you benefit from any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction.
